Your room features an individually controlled air conditioning system. Please bear in mind that this system is a cooling system only. When you leave your room and pull out the key card, the air conditioning will switch off automatically (energy-saving).

Breakfast

The breakfast room is situated at the ground floor. Breakfast times are as follows:

Weekdays 06.30 – 10.00 a.m.

Weekends and holidays 07.00 – 10.30 a.m.

Check-Out

Please check out of the room before 11.00 hrs. In case you should need the room until a later hour please be so kind to inform the reception in advance. A fee could be applied.

Cleaning service

Please use the card inside your room to inform our houskeeper about your wishes:

Red = please do not disturb

Please understand that a room cannot be cleaned with a red card outside. Housekeeping is available daily up to 4:00 p.m.

Cooking

Are you missing any kitchen utensils? Perhaps we can help. Please ask your front office team. Please provide sufficient ventilation when cooking: activate the ventilation by switching on the kitchen light / open the window. False alarms, for instance due to burned food, will be charged. Please do not use smelly spices.

Please use the laundry bag and laundry list (in the closet) for both dry cleaning and washing. The laundry has to be handed in at reception before 08.00 hrs and will be returned the   same day in the evening (only weekdays).

The garage is located at the basement of the hotel. Your room keycard will open the elevator door to access the garage. The charge is € 27,00 per night.

You find the access code for the wifi and LAN internet connection on the back of the keycard holder.

Iron

The laundry room is located at the basement of the hotel. It features an ironing board and a steam iron (free of charge). On request we can bring a ironing board and a iron in you room.

Ironing service

Please ask for our ironing service at the reception. A service charge will be applied.

Luggage

Your luggage can be deposited at the reception. Do you need help with your luggage? Please call reception and we will be happy to assist you.

Minibar

The drinks in the fridge or the minibar are included in the room rate. The minibar will be refilled with the room cleaning. If you like more drinks please call the reception we will charge 1,50 € per bottle. A different selection of drinks is available at our Lounge-Bar.

Money Exchange

International currencies can be exchanged on working days in the shop on the ground floor.     The entrance to the shop is on the front of the building.

Need information about the city, the sites to visit, the places to be? Our reception will be pleased to inform you about what is going on in Munich. City maps and theatre programs as well as information about museums are available.

A small safe is inside the closet together with the directions for use. We can also store your valuables in our safe at the reception. Please be aware that valuables in your room and inside the room safe are not covered by insurance.

If you have something to scan, please ask our front desk team. In case of high time and effort we will charge for this service.

Sewing Service

You will find a sewing kit in your bathroom. Our housekeeper will be pleased to help should you have to sew button. Housekeeping is available daily till 4:00 p.m.'

A small selection of snacks and sweets is available at the front desk.

Shoeshine

You will find a little shoeshine-sponge inside your closet. A machine to clean and polish your shoes can be found on the ground floor.

Smoking area

You will find a smoking area in front of the hotel entrance or on the 5th floor on the terrace.

We will be pleased to order a taxi for your. Please call reception.

Towels

If you wish fresh towels, please put the used towels on the floor. Our room maids will change them with the room cleaning.

Washing machine

The laundry room in the basement is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

Both machines can be operated with coins. Washing powder is available at the reception. You will also find a steam iron and an ironing board in the laundry room. Washing machine charge: 5 x € 0,50  Dryer: 4 x € 0,50.

Wake-up call

You can use the telephone in your room to type in a wake-up call. In case you wish to receive a personal
call from our staff please order your wake up call at reception. Please understand that we cannot guarantee personal wake-up calls
